Carrot2 document clustering engine

Carrot2 is an open source text clustering engine. It can automatically organize small collections of texts, e.g. search results, into well-labelled thematic categories. Carrot2 offers two clustering algorithms accessible through a native C# API, as well as a suite of tools for tuning and benchmarking the clustering algorithms.
